Liked: The room I was upgraded to was spacious, homely and warm.
Disliked: The kitchen sink was filled with dirty dishes and the fact that breakfast was discontinued was not properly communicated to me, so I was quite disappointed by that.

Uncomfortable and stressful

Liked: The mattress was comfy, bathroom lovely, bath wonderful. Tv had Netflix.
Disliked: Check in was unorganised and stressful. Was told we could check in early at 1.20 and no staff there when we arrived and asked to pay bond by pay id. Staff member randomly turned up 20 mins later and didn’t have her phone with her.Pillows high and firm with no soft and low ones. Had to sleep on a cushion. Horrible sleep. Fitted sheet was thin and old coming off during the night. One side table was way too low to reach anything and light switch impossible to get to. Balcony over looked a smash repairs. Bathroom had no floor mat, so after bath there was water every where and slippery. My mother almost fell. Had to use a towel on the floor and share a wet one. No face or hand towels. No tissues. Bin lid broken. Air vent filthy. Stains on toilet wall. A staff member ripped the whole toilet light fixer off the roof trying to change a globe and it was hanging down. Couldn’t wait to get home. Would come back maybe if the pillows and sheet were at least changed.Owner was hard and unclear to communicate with. Asked for a map with cheaper parking marked on it and was told she was in Greece and too busy. I used google with no luck. Followed her instructions and all the parking was the same price. You’re better off just parking out the front and it’s about $25 for the night.
