Great location, great value, great...

Liked: Beautiful, grand, historical hotel in a location ideal for walking around and exploring. Plenty of shopping, casual dining and ‘imbibing’ options nearby, including the 1900 lobby bar.
Disliked: There were a couple of ‘glitches’ during our stay but they were handled promptly and professionally.

Great location but need renovation.

Liked: Excellent location, a comfortable bed.
Disliked: Everything is old. A/C could not keep the room cool. Bad smell in the halls. Loud construction across the street. Windows are old and not good to keep the heat or sound out.

Liked: I didn’t get to try breakfast in hotel but I did the Starbucks coffee at lobby cafe shop it was delicious!👌
Disliked: I wouldn’t change anything I rated 5star as soon as I walked in is a beautiful hotel super clean great price and awesome location Staff very friendly! Top pick on my future visits to Monterrey!❤️
