Liked: We survived!
Disliked: Location was difficult to find at night.Nobody could give us directions, even we called several times.A nightmare to find the hotel,not being from Monterrey.No signs for the elevator in the maze of rooms.Dark.Etcetera.We didn't expect more.We know that kind of hotels.It was just for one night.Thank God!ADS

Amazing historic hotel with excellent...

Liked: Beautiful historic building. Extremely friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed & room, nice gym, pool, good breakfast in amazing hall, nice historic bar with exquisite menu. Hotel located in a very tranquil downtown area, well connected to main avenues to get everywhere.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect. Hotel design is from another era, more than 100 years old, but still renovations have managed to keep it practical and comfortable

Liked: Very comfortable rooms, only a walk away from all the shopping. Lovely staff.
Disliked: We had a dead cockroach in our bathroom.The bathroom is quite old and the shower tap is not the best to use
