Don't come! Huge scammers ahead!

Liked: Nothing in absolute!
Disliked: Horrible experience!One of the clerks at the reception shared our personal data (including name, phone, room number, and license plate of the car) to some extorsion group. They held us per videocall hostage for 9 h during the night, pretending they're part of a cartel, and, threatening, they would enter any moment to check our room.At the end, they asked us to send some "cooperation" money (a huge amount) to let us free and in peace...Such a pity that this is happening and it will just scare away all tourism: national and international.Authorities have been informed, same as booking, and other instances to list out this place of their search engines.

Booking.com failed to notify me...

Liked: This is not applicable as the hotel was closed.
Disliked: This hotel was closed due to damaged caused by hurricane in October last year, 3 months after I had booked a room at this hotel. At no point, including right up to check-in, was I informed by Booking.com that this hotel was closed.

Worst trip of my life!

Liked: Nothing, a category 5 hurricane hit the hotel 3 hours after I arrived!
Disliked: The hurricane and lack of help from hotel staff in the days following.

Nice hotel, bad internet, even worst elevators and a the restaurant is just not worth the price.

Liked: the room, the view, the workers, the beach
Disliked: The elevators do not work. 20 dollars for eggs? really? 20?? wtf?? restaurant prices are nuts, taste is not that good. Expensive bad food. No seafood for breakfast, you can't even order it from the menu. NO SEAFOOD AT A BEACH??? really??? elevators are a piece of crap that does not work.
