Pleasant

Liked: The Galtres is a beautiful hotel in the middle of York.The room was small but fully functioning.
Disliked: Other than the owner who was really helpful & pleasant the other staff was very miserable & everything seemed like a chore.

Superb

Liked: It was a nice place in a brilliant location. The staff were all excellent and we were looked after really well. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
