Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed for 3rd person had no headboard pushed up against a wall right underneath a pipe serious safety issue . Spider above my head on the ceiling when I opened my eyes in the morning. Slight freak out. Elevator not usable construction in lobby. I reserved the hotel because it had Elevator due to bad knee.

Irresponsible use of toxic products...

Liked: The hotel underwent renovation with the result of a harsh chemical smell from lacquer products which was certainly not meant to be used indoors. We both got an immediate headache and even after we bought masks at the pharmacy we could still this smell. After quite some arguing we managed to get a refund and moved out.
Disliked: Pls see above

Liked: Great location. Upscale neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants. Close to major attractions. Clean and quiet rooms. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. We preferred to eat outside. Lots of options.
Disliked: The pool was occupied by outside party. They were loud and took over the pool which is already very small. It was noisy not relaxing.
