Run away as fast as...

Liked: Bathroom was updated and clean and air condtioner was loud, but worked
Disliked: Put us in an unattached wing that was not ADA compliant. (We needed an ADA compliant room). When we asked to be moved, they refused saying they couldnt because we booked through Booking.com!This is a hotel that looks great in pictures, but perception is not reality. For example, wall mounted TV was 20 inches, Smallest i have ever seen in a hotel room! No charging ports in room (front desk told me to go buy a plug in adapter) bathroom was clean, but they charge extra for daily cleaning! Fyi, this is the first time i have ever left a bad review for a hotel, but carrying a person up and down narrow stairs for 3 days and hotel didnt care can ruin a vacation

Liked: Location was good. Friendly staff.Loved the Tikki bar and pool.
Disliked: The air conditioner was very loud Woke us every time it kicked on or off.

Superb

Liked: Room and bathroom are big!! Large walk in shower...Also short walk to Duvall Street...
Disliked: Walls/paint - had some unrepaired spots. Blinds had hole in them. Could use a new mattress! Also could have a few paper or plastic cups for use in bathroom.

Better room next time please!

Liked: Nice location on the island to explore the marina and Duval street.
Disliked: Our location on the property sucked. Out on the street separated from the actual hotel. Roosters everywhere in morning were loud. People traffic on street. No water view or balcony. Had to walk to get to pool, beach and tiki bar on property.
