Liked: Absolutely incredible spa, best I’ve ever been to. Great restaurant, highly recommend castle bar. exceptional breakfast and very friendly staff.

Liked: Thermal village was great, wasn't too busy on a Thursday so was able to enjoy everything without it being too crowded . Bed was unreal could have slept there forever 😅 breakfast in gillies was very good ,plenty of choice of food, overall great stay
Disliked: As it was a Thursday, it wasn't too busy and got a great deal, if it was busier I wouldn't have enjoyed it as it can be too crowded and not have any chance of getting in the hot tub etc, I've heard of people paying 500 600 plus for a night, I wouldn't say it's worth that price but if you get a good deal on a weekday then it's 100% worth the money

Liked: Lovely chilled spot for a night away. The place is massive and grounds are stunning. The use of the concierge services is great if you're staying further back on the grounds and the weather is wet! Can be a bit pricey if you're there all day getting drinks/food but there is a lot on offer for the price of the accommodation we stayed. Really nice staff and there were always loads of them about so it was easy to get directions/advice. Would return in the future.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was extremely busy, the which you would have thought the food would have been warm, tea was cold.
Disliked: I didnt like that there was birds poo over two or the cottage windows, was the first thing to be seen when entering, stains on towels in cottage, the view was not great. The ladies toilets were most definitely not up to 5* standards, two separate cubicles had no tissue paper. For the price that was paid I was extremely disappointed with my stay and I honestly don’t think I’ll hurry back, I’ve been 3 times and it’s most definitely going down hill.
