Liked: Truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in a while. The staff were exceptionally friendly every day and answered many questions we had during our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the staff did an excellent job tidying the room each day. The location could not be more perfect in the heart of Zona Rosa and right near delicious restaurants and major attractions such as Angel de Independencia, Paseo de Reforma, and Chapultepec Park. Cannot wait to stay here again next time!

Nice hotel but expensive for...

Liked: Confortable room and centric location
Disliked: The room is not noise proof, there were several parties near the hotel and we couldn’t sleep well. In addition, The pool was not clean.

Outstanding hotel

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful and very helpful staff particularly the concierges who are excellent and sort everything for you from picking you up from the airport to arranging trips they are amazing. The location is also excellent it is so central with great cafe’s and restaurants. It is incredibly safe and there are key landmarks literally a block away. The pool overlooking the Ángel was the thing that won the kids over.
Disliked: The location was so central and the city just doesn’t sleep.
