Liked: - Hotel is ideally located in the Reforma district and easy walk to attractions and restaurants- Access to the rooftop lap pool with food and drink service- Breakfast buffet was excellent each morning and well worth the add on.
Disliked: - Air Conditioning - We were there in May and it was warm outside. We prefer the room to be at 68-69 degrees Fahrenheit while sleeping. The temperature at night was approximately 75 degrees, which just wasn't suitable. We asked for a different room and the hotel placed us in a nicer room, but the problem was still the same. So, if you are someone that prefers the room to be a bit cooler at night, this might be a concern. But nevertheless, the other positives made the warmer nights acceptable.

Disliked: We stayed here twice in 2 weeks where first time, room was super quiet, but the second time, it was SO LOUD we thought there was a club next to it.Elevator was right in front of it, which didn’t help.If we weren’t staying just one night, We would have asked to move.
