We love the charm of...

Liked: Our loft suite above the carriage house was excellent! Our Innkeeper, Brad, was a joy to talk to and gave great advice on places to hike and dine.
Disliked: The Inn itself is in need of repairs. Rotting wood on the trim, pillars and eves, etc is very noticeable. The grounds of the Galena Inn have been neglected also. Some (a lot actually) of TLC could make them grand again. The breakfast our first three mornings was so-so not much choice, the best of which was frozen quiche warmed up. The last morning our Innkeeper made us fresh omelets which were amazing! The advertised outdoor hot tub is no long pretty - in fact borders on shabby.

Liked: I absolutely loved the coach house we stayed in! very close to Main Street, extremely clean, and host was so accommodating!
Disliked: the tv remotes were very confusing. if you turned on one tv, the other would go on, and Vice versa.

Liked: Freshly made breakfast every morning, a lot of antique decorations that make the inn more authentic.
Disliked: No Christmas tree for Christmas.

Disliked: Room was small - had a bed no chair besides a kitchen chair- bathroom was joke. Room ws either hot or cold. whole place needs doors to be updated. we did not see the outdoor hot tub.
