Liked: The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and close to happening locales. Will definitely be back!

Cute and good location

Liked: Location, aesthetic and staff
Disliked: The room did not feel clean. There were no tables to put anything on except for the little side tables. It felt very cramped. Carpet felt old and dirty.

Great location, but overpriced.

Liked: Great location and interesting history of the hotel. Restaurant was very good, but a little pricey for portion size.
Disliked: Did not like the open shower area, beds weren't that comfortable, front desk reception wasn't that nice, and the cost of the hotel per night was very overpriced because we were leaving on a cruise from the Port of Miami. Total price gouging.

Liked: Almost everything. I esp liked the decor. There were alot of photos and newspaper clippings on the walls which gave you a sense of the history of the hotel and the area .
Disliked: I stayed from Friday to Monday. On Sununday the the cleaner didnt clean the room .She changed the toweels and made the bed but left obvious paper etc on the ground.

Liked: The ambiance as you walked in to the hotel was lovely and it smelt good. The jazz club was great. The pool area was also cool , however there was a lack of staff for food and drinks. The location is great.
Disliked: The rooms were tiny with no storage space, the bathroom shower was also tiny. The hotel was very expensive for the standard of room also the resort fees and car parking were pricy.
