Liked: It's a great location. The bed is comfy and everything was clean
Disliked: When we arrived we had to wait until the next day to watch TV or call downstairs because their wifi was not working properly. Then the next day they had to come reset everything

Overall enjoyed our stay

Liked: Beautiful view and hotel room, very clean and friendly staff. Location is within walking distance of multiple shops/restaurants
Disliked: Beds weren’t comfortable - they sank in too much giving us back issues every morning Parking - only parking available is Valet, but even that was full. Luckily we found public parking close by, but if that wasn’t available they should make sure there’s enough availability for Valet for the number of guests they have

Great hotel that is desperately...

Liked: The hotel itself was lovely and the reception staff was very helpful. I needed a handicapped accessible room with two beds and they only had king. So they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite that had one walk in shower. The toilets were "comfort" height. The pool was incredible.
Disliked: They were severely short staffed. When we arrived there was no one to help us with our luggage. After a while someone from valet parking took pity on us and enlisted some help and got our bags moved to reception. Up leaving on Sunday it was a nightmare. No one answered the phones for over an hour. My friend took our bags one by one to the elevators and from there all the down elevators were completely full. So we took an elevator up and stopped at almost floor on the way back down. The kindness of strangers helped us get the bags in and out of the elevator. The only staff member who lifted a finger was the security guard. I want to commend him. I didn't get his name but he was short and bald and had a heavy accent. He was always so helpful during our entire stay.

Disliked: We got a false fire warning. We rushed down 11 flights of stairs thinking it was a fire. Whoever made the announcement did not say it was a test. Front desk was looking at us like we were crazy!
