Not to my expectations

Liked: It’s a clean hotel. But very distant to anything. Only 2 people at check in.
Disliked: Rooms are very small for a family

Liked: The room was great, and it's close to a lot of cool spots downtown
Disliked: Wish the restraunt/bar was open a little later

Excellent, I would definitely come...

Liked: The location, amenities, quality, valet staff everything was exceptional
Disliked: The A/C. There seems to be a problem with their air conditioning system. It is blowing hot for quite some time then cold. You should definitely get it checked out.

Great location, has potential but...

Liked: Location and beds are great
Disliked: There is no 5 star service. Staff is not trained, breakfast closed earlier than announced, porters do not assist clients, rooms are nice and spacious but furniture is not 5 star

Five star by far

Liked: Karen in the reception was the best . The best hotel to stay in Miami. We will be back for sure

The good and the bad

Liked: Location great and size of the apartment was spacious. Views lovely and staff very friendly.
Disliked: We upgraded to a 2bdr and kitchen. There were very few cooking utensils (all wooden cheap spoons and spatula). No sharp knife to cut food with, no oven trays or anything to cook in the oven with. We had to go to Aldi to buy foil trays. Staff said they could not do anything about the oven trays. They would look for a kitchen knife. 3 days later it did not turn up. Floors needed a mop. Our feet were black after walking on them. Everything else was very clean. The couch was a hard vinyl swab. Incredibly uncomfortable. Toilets blocked twice with general use. On a positive note the beds were great and the view lovely. Overall it was not value for money and especially not upgrading to a kitchen apartment.
