Liked: I’ve stayed at this property a few times because for me, it’s convenient to where I need to go. This property has never been disappointing, that’s why I stay there. Until this last trip.
Disliked: I always take flights that are really early to get to my destination early. Normally, when I go to LA, I drive or rent a car. This time I didn’t, due to health issues. I looked to see if they could hold my luggage and they did. When I got there at 10 am, I asked if they could please store my luggage and I would be back at 2 pm to check in. In a very low voice he said something and I asked if he could repeat what he said louder because my ears were plug from the flight. He said no, we don’t do that. I let him know that I read that they did and they put your luggage in a locked closet. He said no. Great! I couldn’t go to my appointment with my luggage because of my health problems. Then I asked if I could check in a little early, at noon. That way I could still make my appointment. He said it would cost an extra night. I said I’m not paying an extra night for 2 hours. So, I canceled my appointment and waited outside in the wind and overcast day to check in at 2.
