Exceptional

Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly. Locality was handy. Around 20-25 mins walk into the main Krakow square. 10-15 minute walk from the nearest train station. Excellent value for money we will definitely be back.
Disliked: We had an adjacent door in our room and would have preferred this to be highlighted before our stay.

Liked: I expected much more from a hotel charging 550 PLN per night. Unfortunately, my stay was quite underwhelming. The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety or quality — definitely not up to the standard of a hotel in this price range.The rooms were outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The furniture and decor felt worn, and the overall atmosphere was more “budget motel” than premium hotel.The spa complex was a major letdown. It was extremely small, overcrowded, and surprisingly — there was no drinking water available anywhere in the spa area, which is unacceptable and inconvenient for guests trying to relax and hydrate.Overall, the facilities did not match the cost, and I left feeling like the value for money was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they significantly improve both their amenities and overall service.
Disliked: I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the rate of 550 PLN per night. I would like to formally request compensation for the following reasons:•The breakfast was very poor in both quality and variety — far below the standard expected at this price point.•The room was outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The furnishings were old and the overall condition felt neglected.•The spa complex was extremely small and overcrowded. Additionally, there was no drinking water available, which is a basic and essential amenity in any wellness area.Given these issues, I believe the stay did not reflect the value promised at the time of booking. I kindly request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for this unsatisfactory experience.I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.

Comfortable, beautiful, convenient

Liked: Super clean. Huge comfortable bedroom with lovely river view. Next to shopping centre and Jewish Quarter. Delicious breakfasts.
Disliked: No Netflix in room so only Polish TV. Pool smaller than photo made it seem.

Great value for money but...

Liked: Value for money
Disliked: Sauna not working at 8:00 as stated. Not even at 10:00..Communication via booking got reply with delay.Expensive parking

Apart from the Spa the...

Liked: Location and room. Breakfast was also very good
Disliked: To use the Spa you have to be in luck. There are only 16 people allowed. The hotel was full and we had no chance to use it. I do not know why tey are advertising it
