Bery lovely

Liked: Very central and convenient location, lovely decoration, friendly staff that even coordinated our transport to the airport, great breakfast
Disliked: We unfortunately were in the ground floor bedroom behind the reception and it was extremely noisy. We could hear entire conversations that guests had with the front desk, and people (not sure if guests or staff) sat in the terrace right outside our window talking loudly late at night (past midnight). If you are an early sleeper, suggest choosing an upper level floor.

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The restaurant attached to the hotel played loud music from morning until 10:30 every night. An employee entered our room at 12:30 in the middle of the night, realized we were there in bed and left. Beyond being upsetting, we never got a straight answer as to why or how this happened, and no manager ever even contacted us about it.

We would return.

Liked: Beautiful old house easy walking distance to restaurants and 20-30 minute Uber ride to most places. Very sweet, caring and accommodating staff. Great massage available. Pretty little plunge pool but it rained while we were there so we didn’t get to use it.
Disliked: Pillows are hard. Hot water in the shower very temperamental. Breakfast choices limited for the price of the room - should have access to the full menu.

Liked: Positives: Location. Comfortable bed. Nice shower with sting flow and hot water. Excellent staff. 24 hour security and safe.
Disliked: Negatives: Extremely small rooms. Dated. One isn’t issued a room key - staff has to let you into the room when you want into the room.

Liked: We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, the location was great - walking distance to shops and restaurants and the people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful

Nice hideaway near the cultural...

Liked: The property itself is adorable, the conjoined cafe was delicious and the food was presented in a very picture worthy way. The location is great as there is a museum and church in one direction and in the other direction toward Ave Chapultepec, the entire street is lined with cafes, restaurants and other properties/businesses that gave the street a safer vibe. Its proximity to Ave Chapultepec was very convenient too, as that street has bars, restaurants, and plenty to see during the afternoon/evening.

Liked: The property is located in a cute neighborhood close to bars and eateries. The staff are all very friendly and helped with any questions we had. We also had a really smooth check in with a late night arrival.
Disliked: The studio room is cozy so if you want a little more space def upgrade.
