Liked: View was lovely, nice big room, food was ok.
Disliked: The staff were rude wuth the exceptiin of two young girls who appeared to be embarrassed. Generally unhelpful. Not value for money over priced for what it is.

Disliked: The shower room was very cramped. I was looking on to scaffolding out my window

Little choice in Gairloch but...

Liked: Didn't get a breakfast included even though room was £99. Clients were staying in another venue so this was best option. Hotel Is dated but still reasonable.
Disliked: Room was ok but paint flaking off internal window sill and obviously old windows that could be done with replacing.Ok for a one night stay but that about it.

Liked: The evening entertainment was the saving grace.

Disliked: The hotel is desperately in need of modernisation and the lift being out of service was an inconvenience.

Liked: Views of where the Hotel is located, Breakfast and Dinner food were good
Disliked: Our room Room 10 was located in the far end of the hotel in the ground floor and it was a maze to arrive to it. With the luggage it wasen't easy to go through all steps and all those doors. The bedroom was a good sized but the matress was not good at all. We had a noise on the outside hammering that was waking us up during the night when the wind blows/gusts. The bathroom had wall paper was part of it pealed off is like that the room was not used for a long time. We booked the hotel month ahead the arrival date and we expected to have a better room.
