Convenient and reasonable stay

Liked: Conveniently located near University of Florida. Cheaper than other options. We especially chose since it is located next to The Continuum graduate housing where our son stays
Disliked: Could be better kept. Bare minimal amenities and service. Low quality towels. No breakfast option. Also we were told by the lady who checked us in the washer- dryer machine would be available next morning and I should collect the key from the reception. However, next morning when I went to get the key, the manager flatly refused and said that the washer had broken down

Next time I will save...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: It was gross. Cockroaches in the shower upon arrival, hair all over the bathroom floor, burn marks in the bedding, cigarette smell in the room, creaky bed, sheets that did not look washed, and a lot more nasty stuff. On top of this we had to ring the doorbell for 5 minutes before the guy came to the window, and then he tried to say the reservation was only for 1 room when I was showing him the reservation thar clearly said “TWO KING ROOMS” and had charges for 2 rooms… I had to sit and argue with the guy over the reservation through the window at 1AM because he wouldn’t process the second room…
