Liked: Easy to check in. Great campus and very clean facilities. Stores nearby like Shoppers Drug Mart and Tim Hortons. Also very easy to take bus to downtown.
Disliked: A little too far from downtown

Disliked: Having paid 18$ unable to park car having not been told about underground car park spoke to Alex next morning front desk had the impression it was my fault also said as I managed to park in the end after half an hour driving around he would not be making any refund

Grateful value and location

Liked: Such a great place to stay at a very reasonable cost compared to other Vancouver hotels.

Disliked: Our cab driver didn't know where to drop us when we first arrived. He left us near a parking garage and dumpster bins. It was after midnight and I had selected Gage bc i was traveling solo with a child and i was grateful to find a place with a 24hr front desk. BUT bc the driver couldn't find the front desk, I tried to call but phones are not answered that late. The ONLY thing I would change about anything in this place is to have someone answering phones. It was a little disconcerting to not know where to check in at that time of night. We were just around the corner from where we needed to be and it was fine but it took asking a random pedestrian rather than reaching someone on the phone. Otherwise our stay was PERFECT! It's a beautiful place and wonderful atmosphere. Everything was lovely!!!
