Good hotel for the value...

Liked: Good and safe neighborhood in Paris. Close to metro

Disliked: The room was a bit small and you could hear noises from the other rooms and the corridor.

It was okay.

Liked: The sun light coming in through the bedroom window every morning. Having a bathroom window was nice too. One person of the staff was very helpful trying to get a taxi when I left. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and kind.
Disliked: I was there in summer, the AC in my room didn't work well, it was just working as a fan, even when I tried changing the settings but it was definitely broken. The pillows weren't too comfortable and there was no minibar in the room, so I couldn't keep any cold water or soft drinks.

Best for solo travelers comfortable...

Liked: The hotel is located along metro line 12, between Corentin Celton and Mairie d'Issy stations, both about a 7–8 minute walk away. You can reach central Paris with a direct ride on this line. The location is peaceful and away from the hectic pace of the city center. Just note that staying here means you’ll likely need to use public transport frequently to get around Paris.
Disliked: The room was quite small, but I had already seen this mentioned in other reviews, so I recommend adjusting your expectations accordingly. There was no minibar, and very limited storage space for belongings. The bathroom was very small as well, and taking a shower wasn’t particularly comfortable. That said, cleanliness was sufficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
