Located across the road from Taupo's main beach Gables Lakefront Resort offers stunning lakefront views free Wi-Fi and a family spa pool. Some apartments boast their own private spa pool. Each self-contained apartment features a 50-inch Smart TV 9 satellite TV and a kitchen or kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities a microwave and a refrigerator. Most rooms offer beautiful views of Lake Taupo and the mountains. Luggage storage and laundry facilities are also provided. Free on-site parking is available directly outside your unit. The Gables is located 7 minutes' drive from Taupo Airport. The famous Huka Falls are 15 minutes' drive away. Taupo Golf Club as well as a number of fishing and lake activities are a 5-minute drive away.

Although clean and tidy, the...

Liked: The hot tub was brilliant after a long day. The hosts were very friendly.
Disliked: There was not much ventilation around the hot tub.
