Disliked: They never seem to give you enough towels and face clothes. For a a couple we need at least two sets and yet we only got one face cloth. I ended up purchasing my own

Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: For the price, the room has little infrastructure. There is no central light in the room, only a lamp. Also, a positive point is the people who work there, with the exception of the guy who was at the reception in the afternoon (an older guy). I arrived early to leave my bags before check-in and was very well attended by a young man, but when I went to check-in in the afternoon, because I couldn't hear what the guy said due to the noise and asked him to repeat what he said, he treated me arrogantly and asked what languages I spoke. When I said English, he made fun of me.

Liked: The location was why I booked this hotel. It is only 3 miles from South Miami Baptist Hospital. It was the only thing good about this hotel.
Disliked: The room smelled. It was an old room that had been smoked in a lot and they tried to cover up smell with freshener. The door had 3 locks on it and were broken. I did not feel safe at all. The hotel sits on Dixie Hwy which made it very noisy all night long with the traffic. They charged me to park the car when they had plenty of spots. This was not on their website that there was a fee. This is an old hotel which reminded me of a hotel that you can rent by the hour. It was not good.

Disliked: There is no complementary water in the room, no electric cattle, and grocery stores are not around. It's too early check out at 11 a.m. very bad experience

Liked: The staff was accommodating by letting me leave my luggage in the office because I arrived earlier than expected. Additionally, I was allowed an early check in once the room was available. BUT….the room was not clean, it had a bad odor, long hairs in the bed underneath the blankets and in the shower. So I left earlier than expected to find another hotel because I had gotten bitten by something also. I didn’t even want to sleep underneath the covers so I fell asleep for maybe an hour or two on top of the blankets before getting bitten by something and decided to call a Lyft and go to another hotel. No one was in the office to complain to as I left and the door was locked.I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to write this one because I wish I would have known before I stayed there.
