Second time at this B&B

Liked: Our second time at the Gables with the lovely hosts Lois and Bill. Great breakfast with Lois' extraordinary baking skills. We hope we can visit this B&B again.

Liked: Breakfast was well made, with care. Hosts were personable but not intrusive. Enjoyed using the space in the common areas by the fireplaces for an evening wind down of reading and watching TV.
Disliked: Not a criticism--just a reality of the historic nature of the home. People need to know that there are stairs and awkward ceiling heights at times. Not for people with mobility challenges.

Classic B&B with excellent service

Liked: The hosts Lois and Bill are very sweet and caring. The room was nicely appointed and the B&B is inviting with nice living areas. Lois cooks a mean breakfast with a focus on healthy options.

Liked: The vintage/original feel…I felt like I was at my grandma’s house as a kid again
