Liked: Clean. Tea and coffee fill up everyday. Had everything i need.

A very pleasant hotel for...

Liked: The hotel was east to find, right on the seafront at the Northern end of the promenade. We were met on arrival by the owner and helped to our room. The room was functional and clean if a little dated in décor. Tea and coffee makings were available so all was good.Parking was available in the small car park to the front of the hotel and it appeared that plenty of parking spaces were available in the surrounding roads.Overall it was a great place to stay as we visited friends in the area.
Disliked: As I wrote previously, the décor is tired and the owner did apologise in advance for this. It is a work in progress which seems to be going in the right direction.

Peaceful, comfortable and very safe...

Liked: A period Edwardian hotel currently under new management. The bed was comfortable, the location lovely, opposite the Venetian Gardens and a short walk from the beach. Staff very welcoming, breakfast delicious
Disliked: The bedroom and bathroom interiors are dated (a program of refurbishment is ongoing).

The building and decor show...

Liked: The hotel was lovely and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The manager was very accommodating of my late arrival.I could see my car from my window.
Disliked: The top of the headboard was very dusty, but this was a minor point. The room was very good value for my overnight stay.
