Liked: Receptionists are all helpful and cheerful. Provided a great help for bike handling venue, much appreciated

Liked: The Staff hospitality. The bed is really comfortable
Disliked: No pool

Liked: Front desk staff was great! Nothing else was great.
Disliked: Room was clean but bed was uncomfortable. The bath towels were cheap, there was no lotion provided as an amenity. Pillows were soft.

Disliked: I would have preferred it a bit closer to downtown , I didn’t realize it was really in the Bedford area
