l shall be recommending the hotel it was close to all the amenities and in walking distance to the Glee Club.

Liked: Spotless; very polite staff and plenty of tea and coffee which you don't always find in other hotels we have visited.
Disliked: Could not find anything bad about the hotel.

Great hotel for all.

Liked: The location is spot on. Within easy walking distance of both Cardiff Bay and city centre. The hotel has everything needed, including an ice machine, which, given the hot weather we had, was an unexpected blessing!Bathroom was modern, well equipped and spotless.Parking system is great as park, imput reg and its covered for entire stay. Transport links are good so didn't have to move the car until leaving!
Disliked: Aircon was noisy and not very effective, but that didn't spoil things too much.

Liked: The staff was great, friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel common areas were clean.
Disliked: It was a bit hard to find parking, but we did. We were there at a busy time, when lots of people were there for university graduation. The only disappointment was that the hotel is in a busy area, which is not very walkable. I was hoping to walk to surrounding sites, which look close on Google Maps, and I like walking. However, I didn't find the area around the hotel to be a walk friendly area, and we ended up driving around instead.

Overall excellent stay.minor points are...

Liked: Clean with a fab. Breakfast. Staff very friendly
Disliked: Quite a stroll into the City Centre and the Bay Area. Also quite a lot of new construction work right next door.
