Very good

Liked: The view is amazing and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room had everything you need for a long stay.
Disliked: No smart tv setup or ability to stream just old school cable.

will never stay here again

Liked: view was gorgeous, smelled awful like mildew and mold. and i found a bed bug on my bed.

unfortunately i’ll never stay here...

Liked: the view was beautiful
Disliked: found a bed bug on my bed, and the entire room smelled of mold and mildew. it was unbearable. they also gave me a parking violation when i paid to park. this hotel was only rented bc my best friend was dx with covid and i needed a place to stay and had to have my father pay for this rental that was insanely expensive. i would like a full refund. this stay was awful and i am suffering today because of it, and now have to make an 11 hour drive back to Ohio, after a very uncomfortable stay that wasn’t even suppose to be.

It was worth the price...

Liked: The rooms were spacious and provided enough towels for us for 3 nights!
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were dirty- there was no staff to clean them! We were locked out of our room for 20mins and someone had to come change out the door key card reader, we got a citation/warning for not having our ticket in the car window, (you should know which vehicle(s) belong there due to having the license plate number).

Meghan was so helpful and...

Liked: The fridge in the room went out but the staff, Meghan and Richard, were very helpful. They are great!! The stay was still awesome and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this as a gem. Great atmosphere.
Disliked: Every one and every thing was great
