Liked: I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but here I had to. The service was amazing! I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but I have never experienced service like I did at this hotel. At any hour and for any question, there was always someone available at the reception, with a smile and incredible attitude! Truly commendable!

Great location

Liked: We stayed at NYX Hotel for three nights and loved the location. Everything is within a walking distance, so we never needed to use public transport. The facilities were nice, but the room felt quite small and had very limited closet space. We tried the breakfast on our final day, but it wasn’t anything special. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay.
Disliked: Room size, no closet space.

It was not that comfortable...

Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: They didn’t help us understand the language. For four people, they gave us one queen bed and two sofa beds! It was ridiculous. They charged us for four people, but in the room, everything was set only for one or two people.
