Disliked: I moved the single bed and they must of been 3 years worth of dirt and lost items down there. Only extremely small people could have a shower. The sink was in the bedroom but the soap holder was above the toilet. Move the bed in room 12 and clean behind it you scrubbers

Hotel ruined the stay

Disliked: Everywhere was just grimey. My son woke up to spiders on his bed. Electric cut out with card in electricity portal thing so confused how it went off. Shower not working. Toilet seat broken. The cleanliness is diabolical. Stains everywhere. Headboard filthy with Stains. Bed bases was VERY dirty. Behind beds clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. Sink blocked so took us ages for the water to go down for the next person to brush teeth etc. Shower broken. Wouldn't stay again

Liked: Needs updating and redecorating damp smell staff ok behind bed was very dusty and wallpaper peeling off aswell as holes in wall shower leaked won't be back although a good location and comfy bed

Ideal location. Poor hotel needs...

Liked: I disliked the fact that the central heating doesn’t work, and there is no hot water from the tap in the bathroom sink (room 7) Springs sticking out the mattress and no mattress protector. Had a couple of nights stay and had to request clean bedding and towels There isn’t any actual staff really that u can speak to as they seem to be jumping back and forward between different hotels. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Would be ideal if u was just going out in Blackpool town for the night and needed a head down spot afterwards
