Liked: Convenient location to everything. Great place to bring young kids- indoor pool and great playground! Lots of ducks and fish outside with multiple fire pits. Great rocking chairs all around property.

Liked: The buildings, space, facilities all great and the cookies and water(s) a lovely touch.
Disliked: The man on check in would be benefit from a customer friendliness course, the girl on breakfast did not appear to be happy. The gift store staff were excellent.

Really unique hotel with a...

Liked: Wonderful full service hotel for every age. The steamboat theme is displayed both inside & out with the architecture, furnishings and attention to detail. The hotels restaurant serves delicious food with excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a unique experience that’s lots of fun!
