Disliked: On arrival we noticed people on the sidewalk doing drugs/ drinking alcohol. The signs state Red Roof Inn. I complained at the desk of false advertisement on booking.com.They refused to refund us. We stayed in our filthy room listening to children screaming and adults fighting- at one point I picked up the sticky phone and there wasn’t a dial tone- it doesn’t work- called front desk in my phone stating my concern (1;30 am) Nothing happened- I sat up in bed with a open pocket knife for protection- I didn’t sleep That morning our toilet was overflowing. Went downstairs and they offered me a plunger-I wouldn’t represent this hotel it’s a safe haven for!!?They refuse to refund me the first night-Please refund me the one night

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my dog.

Disliked: The place had bed bugs and when we found out and confronted the staff we were treated rudely, we were denied a new clean room and they kicked us out the next day.

Liked: Exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Made for a bit of a drive, but at a fraction of the cost of others in the Syracuse area.
