Disliked: I was expecting something better. But it was right for the price.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was really nice. We had a jacuzzi tub.
Disliked: The breakfast was really terrible and we had to run the water 10 minutes at least to get hot water.

Weekend in Niagara Falls

Liked: The location was perfect. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful both checking in and checking out. The woman who ran the complimentary breakfast kept the place well stocked and clean. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony to enjoy your coffee on or maybe a glass of wine at night. Separate area for the closet and sink gave me a place to change with some privacy other than having to go into the bathroom to do it. The bathroom with the toilet and tub was very roomy and clean. No elevator so you need to be able to use the stairs to get to breakfast or to the amazing pool table downstairs or obviously if your room is on the second floor. Not a problem for us but I feel you should be aware if you have mobility problems, it's mentioned on the site as well. We did not use the pool so I have no information on it. All up and down the streets are many restaurants and things to do. Very short drive to the falls or to the main drag with all the activities and souvenirs. I would happily stay here again.
Disliked: The beds are a little uncomfortable, but fine for a short stay. Our room has a few paint touch ups that could have been used nothing that should keep you from staying here.

Exceptional

Liked: I know breakfast time is 9-11 in the morning. We went at 10.30 and the breakfast room was closed.Everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. A room with a jacuzzi was great.
Disliked: The plug for the jacuzzi is defective. sometimes spontaneous relaxation.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check in and out was easy. Beds were comfortable enough.
Disliked: The carpets are gross in the room. Although clearly vacuumed, they are stained and very dirty in appearance.Breakfast was mediocre at best. Only hard boiled eggs, " beef sausages" were hot dogs, pork sausages, could have been any mystery meat. It was definitely not worth a 185 dollars a night. There is a sign in the bathroom saying to expect a 3-5 minute wait for hot water as heater is at the other end of the hotel. Not the most convenient.

Liked: The room was a nice generous size. The buffet was v very good. The room was clean, and the rooms were quiet. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The pool was very cold. Couldn't fill the tub as the plug didn't stay engaged.

Liked: For the most part the room is clean the AC or heater filter was not clean at all I had to clean it myself
Disliked: The room was very clean except for the heater filter with allergies was not cleaned at all so I noticed it right away breakfast was good little confusing the way they operate their breakfast bar not enough seating in the breakfast area
