Liked: Location-perfect Value for money- fantastic Cleanliness-spotlessComfort- could not fault the room , comfortable bed, hot water and shower every time, heating that worked. Room cleaned every day.Staff was fantastic, friendly, helpful, informative and very welcoming
Disliked: I booked after seeing it on booking.comThe pics I thought it looked fantastic. However after seeing the reviews and up to date photos from previous guests I was left a little disappointed and not sure what to expect. But at the end of the day it was cheap and I knew we wouldn’t be in the room much so was not expecting much.On arrival we was greeted by staff members all was fantastic, friendly, welcoming and spent time getting to know us. I was travelling with my son to celebrate his 18th birthday the guys totally put him at ease and he felt safe and comfortable being at the hotel on his own when he would pop back on his own . The hotel itself is a typical Amsterdam building, its old , it’s a little tatty and the hallway carpet is fu@ked but apart from that you can not fault it in any way , the room again was perfect, wear and tear on the walls but it was all spotless clean. This is a great hotel and needs more credit I would totally recommend

Liked: The location is amazing!
Disliked: We had no curtains in the bedroom and there was a street light right at our window. The carpets are stained.

Right in the centre

Liked: Great location be aware the steps up to the rooms are steep. I’m fine with that but I also had extra luggage than normal and it took a few trips up and down. Comfortable and clean room was small. Fine for one night and solo.
