We had a good stay...

Liked: The guy at the front desk was very kind and friendly. The place is very quiet.
Disliked: The floor bathroom was dirty, everything else looks good. We booked two rooms, one of them had a very strong smell of cigarette even when it had a NO SMOKING sign.

Over all Friendly Hills is...

Liked: The entire property has been remodeled including the parking lots so you can expect to stay at a very clean freshly appointed motel. The rooms are very modern, and stylish with ample space to put your stuff and move around without clutter. the staff was uber responsive, and accommodated all of my request before I arrived. I will rebook when I'm in the area again.
Disliked: The bed is a little saggy and needs to be replaced or flipped over also the metal bed frame make noise when one moves around on the bed like ALL of these bed frames at Motels do ( maybe consider wood bed frames as an alternative ).
