Liked: The location and hotel were excellent, but the particular suite we had, had very little natural light which was a definite downside.

Pleasant
Liked: Rooms are as pictured, location is good. However, this is not a hotel, as is implied in the name of the property. It's more like an Airbnb with well-meaning, but very disorganized and slow to respond staff who aren't incentivized to be helpful.
Disliked: Host's slow responsiveness and general lack of helpfulness

Gorgeous apartment in a beautiful...
Liked: The apartment was gorgeous and the furnishings were lovely—out outdoor patio was nice and had a lot of privacy! Perfect location in a cute part of town, easy to walk everywhere! Rooftop was great in the mornings or for sunset!
Disliked: Bring your google translate and or brush up on your Spanish—Spanish speaking only in the hotel and around the entire area!

Beautiful, perfect location but pray...
Liked: Perfect location in a tiny, quiet side street! Walkable to all the cute areas and cute restaurants just minutes away.
Disliked: We had a incredibly noisy neighbor above us for two nights. Management, while responsive, was not able to stop the, A: super loud music B: loud TV noise or C: The screaming. I had to go knock on the door the 2nd night and have a little chat. Should've done that the first night, as it went on till 3:40am.

fantastic building and location! would...
Liked: Loved the location, amenities, design and security.
Disliked: Some suggestions: Add a nespresso maker and electric kettle in the kitchen. Most furnished apts I have stayed in in CDMX have them. There were some plumbling issues, including a sewer smell and low pressure in the bathrooms.

Exceptional
Liked: Great 2 bedroom apt. on a nice private street with guard and 24/7 assistance in building.
Disliked: A few softer pillows

Nice apartment but insulting and...
Liked: We stayed in the 'apartment with terrace' for two back to back bookings - from the 30th September to 7th October (7 nights). The apartment is very nice. It's well furnished, well decorated and has a good selection of lights to create a nice vibe. It doesn't have much daylight though as it's on the ground floor and the only daylight comes through the nice little patio. It's quiet and main bed is very comfortable. The security staff at the entrance to the building were also very friendly. It's well located as well - La Condesa is a great neighbourhood for wandering around, eating, strolling through parks, etc.
Disliked: We advised the staff that the main shower wasn't draining and that we had no hot water and asked for this to be fixed. Nothing happened and the next morning we told the staff again that it was now 2 mornings without hot water. He tried to tell us that we didn't know how to use a tap properly and / or that we needed to let it run for a while. This was completely ridiculous as there was definitely no hot water. He finally agreed to get a technician in. When we returned later that day the problem still wasn't fixed and no hot water again for a 3rd morning. We complained again and they finally admitted that there was something wrong with the hot water heater and they would move us to another apartment, which they did. To have no hot water for 3 days and Viadora hotel staff that were so unhelpful and not believing their guests was very disappointing, particularly when you're paying a lot of money for a luxury accommodation. We requested a fair compensation for our three days of no hot water and very poor service from Viadora, suggesting that 1 night's accommodation (out of the 7 we paid for) would be reasonable. Instead, they offered us about $40 US. This was insulting to say the least and then to make it even worse, when Booking.com tried to arrange this ridiculous compensation with Frida Boutique Stays by Viadora, they said it was already provided to us when we checked out. This is not true - our rooms were all paid up front via Booking.com and there were no transactions at check out. So, all in all, a nice apartment but horrible service. We will definitely not stay with Viadora ever again. It's a shame when such bad service ruins an otherwise good experience in Mexico City.
