Overlooking the National Trust site Frensham Great Pond this 15th-century country house features a bar and traditional restaurant. Frensham Pond Hotel is just a 10-minute drive from Farnham. Lovely venue in a beautiful...

Liked: Lovely wedding venue and place to stay for guests. If you get time take some time to walk around the Great pond.
Disliked: The staff at reception appeared new as they could not always easily answer our questions but we got there in the end! :)

Very good

Liked: Location, on the pond was lovely, staff were great all round, dining room had a nice relaxed feel. Breakfast good, car parking good. Only negatives were a very noisy rising main pressure noise from adjacent room, and a bit of noise from loft space above slamming windows in what I presume was staff accomadation. Didn't spoil the visit, will return.

Good choice will return at...

Liked: Location was good, food was good, staff were pleasant,room was excellent.
Disliked: A number of ants were near our feet at breakfast so perhaps use some deterrent.
