Liked: the staff were polite and accommodating
Disliked: rooms were very dirty, one of the pillows had what seemed to be dried ejaculate on it.

Pleasant and enjoyable.

Liked: Calm and relaxing good atmosphere. No problems. Breakfast was nice and fulfilling

Disliked: Spa said all services fully booked but come to find out it's just not open. Dirty room, smelled old and musty. Nothing like the pictures. Got in the shower to find zero hot water. Had to get dressed to walk to reception because the phone didn't work.

This is NOT a 4*...

Liked: The location to the venue we were attending and its proximity to the great pond. That is really the only positives I can say, apart from that, the size of the room was generous.
Disliked: Honestly how this place has a 4 star rating I do not know. It was run down and dirty, with a confused theme throughout the whole hotel, some nature in line with it being lakeside, and then stone elephants and a Buddha out the front. The astroturf out the back looked horrendous and it’s such a shame with that view. Our hotel room was poorly cleaned and hoovered. For what we paid for one night I wish we’d gone elsewhere for a smaller budget because the level of hospitality was inexistent.
