Perfect family trip

Liked: It was fantastic. It was perfectly in the middle of everything in town, very close to the aquarium walking distance to Jackson Square, and had the perfect place to go shopping and eating.
Disliked: The only thing that I would like to change is to have a balcony in our room. Next time we'll go. We'll request a balcony.

Good location and pleasant hotel.

Disliked: The door of my room was not properly sealed. There was a big gap between the frame and the door itself.I could here noise from the hall and voices from neighboring rooms every night.

✨Magical✨

Liked: French Market Inn is an exceptional property and exceeded our expectations.In my opinion, it is the perfect location for everything the French Quarter has to offer: right around the corner from Napoleon House and Antoine’s, just across from the Mississippi River (you can hear the steamboat whistle and listen to the calliope playing each morning), PJ’s coffee is right next door (where you can enjoy a delicious latte’ and freshly baked croissants), just steps away from beautiful Jackson Square (where you can catch a horse drawn carriage ride), near Cafe’ du Monde and right across from Kilwin’s ice cream shop and JAX Brewery Mall. But the real magic is the hotel courtyards and suites✨Built in 1722 and completely renovated, the exposed brick, old world finishes, landscaping and fountains are gorgeous and well tended. The courtyards were a perfect place to spend time while having breakfast, and at night, while enjoying the quiet ambience of the gas lamps and fountains. The French Market Inn was by far the BEST part of our 10 day stay in The Vieux Carre’. A big thank you to the staff for their hospitality, support and smiles during our stay…stellar customer service!

Superb

Liked: The property was in a great location. We arrived around 10 am and they said our room was ready! We were very happy about that. The hotel itself is very cute, loved everything about it. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The shower tub did not drain properly, so we had to take 3-4 minute showers.

Exceptional stay with welcoming staff

Liked: We loved the property and the open courtyard behind the first building. Our room felt very secluded and was a standard room, but had everything that we needed plus some.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that we disliked.
