Liked: Everyone was friendly and fantastic the room was very comfortable and clean
Disliked: If I had one negative it would be the shower there was no heat water was barely warm and not a lot of pressure

Overall would recommend!

Liked: Room with a view, comfortable bed, excellent shower, nice swimming pool/hot tub/gym, good breakfast.
Disliked: Staff were generally kind and polite EXCEPT one that grumpily delivered towels to the pool area and then the same person abruptly delivered a roll-away bed to our room while throwing the blankets on the bed and then left with slamming the door very hard.
