Very poor
Disliked: The description on Booking.com mentioned a shuttle being available for a specific radius. But at the hotel we were told they don’t have a shuttle. This was very disappointing as we chose the hotel after reading about that facility.

Disappointing
Disliked: Did not have water bottles because they ran out. Staff was not very service oriented. Said there would be breakfast bags in the morning but none was there .

Close to transit, but not...
Liked: Very close to public transport—Alewife Red Line station was less than a mile away. Stores, including a grocery store, were within walking distance. Complimentary water was available in the lobby, and a bar and breakfast are available on site. Pod Coffeemaker available in the room. Free WiFi. The room is large with an updated bathroom and toiletries are provided. Our room did not have a real closet, just a wheeled one and some hooks on the wall. This could be an issue for guests who are staying for a long time if they want to unpack their bag.
Disliked: Right next to a main travel road, so rooms facing the road have some traffic noise. Sleeping with a pair of ear plugs blocks the noise completely. During our stay, there was a large group of high school aged students staying in the hotel. They were running around in the halls and making noise until at least 11pm. I received conflicting information regarding breakfast from the front desk staff during my stay. During check-in, I was told that my stay included a $25 food and drink credit. I had hoped to use this for breakfast, but when I asked about the credit in the morning and how I might go about applying it, I was told: “No, we just stopped doing that.” I’m glad I didn’t eat before confirming. My keycard holder mentioned the $25 credit in writing—they need to replace the keycard holders to help avoid confusion.
