Very Decent Hostal

Liked: Near to many places, restaurants, and by walk like 30 minutes to plaza Catalunya, safe area, nice and friendly staff

Liked: I love this property and have stayed there on numerous occasions. Friendly staff, a lively communal area, where it was very easy to meet and enjoy the company of others.
Disliked: Only one thing: in the past, I stayed in a dorm, which had its own restroom. This time I elected for a private room - small, but quite comfortable, just ideal - that shared a restroom with those in other private rooms. Everyone was polite, and the restroom was kept clean. But the design of the sink and of the shower stall meant that whether a person was just brushing their teeth or taking a shower, they were sure to leave water all over the floor. Not pleasant.

Great Location & Atmosphere, But...

Liked: LocationAtmosphereCommunity Staff overall, it was a good experience. The hostel is located in a quiet and safe area, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and everything you need nearby.The rooms and bed sheets were clean, which I appreciated. the staff were friendly and communicative, always happy to assist. The atmosphere in the common areas was great, and I really enjoyed watching football with other guests, each supporting their own team—it made for a fun and social experience. The facilities were good for the price, including a communal kitchen where guests could cook and eat together. I also got great recommendations for activities in Barcelona from the staff & expert guest staying there.
Disliked: The shared bathrooms were quite dirty. Their policy of cleaning only once a day isn’t enough for a shared space, the hair from previous guests remained, the bathroom mat was constantly wet, and the toilet became quite dirty and smelly by night. The showers were also an issue, the one my room was assigned is too small to move comfortably, while other bathrooms in the hostel were noticeably larger, which felt unfair.However i still would recommend this hostel, but they really need to improve bathroom hygiene so guests don’t have to call reception for extra cleaning. If they fix this issue, it would be an even better place to stay!

Liked: Like always when I come to bcn I stay to this wonderful and cozy hostal. Bella as always take care of the guests which such kindness and so professional. I truly recommend this place !
