Disappointing

Liked: The gentleman who checked me in was very polite, that's about the only good thing I have to say about this place.
Disliked: The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and staff didn't respond to calls about it until over 4 hours later. The linens definitely needed to be cleaned better and the TV got barely any channels.

Liked: The food was very good and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room furnishing could be updated.

OK but I wondered why...

Liked: Nice rooms, convenient location, restaurant on site with excellent food
Disliked: Room not properly attended to. Linens had not been changed. Window was closed but not locked (ground floor) - luckily I check such things. Otherwise it was clean. Coffee maker limited to one cup

It was okay they did...

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: They had an issue with the hot water heater and the water from the water heater leaked into our room. At first I thought it was the refrigerator linking but found out the next day that the water heat broke. They could not help that but it was inconvenient because we could not take showers in the morning.
