Liked: Location and value for money
Disliked: Cob webs everywhere in the room. Lack of staff in spa bar area and facilities need updating

Liked: Staff were welcoming and pleasant.Bed was comfortable.Cooked breakfast was good.
Disliked: Unfortunately bedside cabinet was dirty and there was an empty dirty food packet in the drawer, also a piece of litter was on the floor.More attention is needed for the cleaning of the toilet, also the toilet seat was loose.Firealarm Bell was very loose.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice. The spa swimming pool was lovely. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free parking and the location was very good.
Disliked: Room was very dated, and quite dusty. Disappointing that the air con unit was not working. The stairs up to the room had quite a bit of movement, and one step felt very wobbly.

Liked: The location and it was clean
Disliked: The rooms are dated and much needed modernisation, it feel like the spa does well and the hotel is a bolt on to spa not a hotel with a spa. As an example our shower until once had a door which has broken at some point but it has been replaced with a make shift shower curtain

Disliked: Room was musty ever was very old. This was probably a very classy place in the 1980s but forty years later it desperately needs a makeover and investment
