Liked: Excellent location with parking, food was well presented, good size portions and really delicious. My friend and I used the spa facailities and really enjoyed the whole experience. All of the staff were lovely.

Liked: Its a lovely place to stay, very clean, friendly staff and superb value for money. The spa is small and I can imagine it gets very busy in the summer but they were quiet over Easter. My friend originally booked us in for one night and we decided to extend by one night, I booked the second night through booking.com and that all went smoothly. Loved the breakfast menu.
Disliked: The original booking was for dinner, bed and breakfast, however, we received an email to say the restaurant was going to be closed for training and our booking would be downgraded to bed and breakfast. However, when we arrived, we were charged for the dinner, bed and breakfast. when we asked for the price to reflect the lack of dinner, suddenly dinner became available again. when we went down for dinner, we were presented with a lunch menu consisting mainly of sandwiches. The charge for dinner is in excess of £30 per person so I don't feel this was acceptable. Also, the TV wasn't working in our room so we had to change and noot all of the spa facilities were working.

Liked: Spa, small gym but empty so ok. Food was absolutely excellent both evening and exceptional breakfast. Nice seating area outside but a bit dated.Kettle didn’t work and cold water knob in bath had ceased up so shower.
Disliked: Rooms are quite dated now. Stayed here 5-6 years ago and nothing has changed. Whole hotel needs to be upgraded.

Lovely room and good location

Liked: The room was lovely (Sandringham Suite) and had been prepared beautifully for us on our wedding anniversary.The spa staff were very welcoming.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing.The bar offered limited choice and service wasn't great.

Liked: Nothing about this hotel made me feel I wanted to come back from the dirty windows to the torn carpets to the gutters full of rubbish to the paint falling of the doors to the cobwebs on the windows
Disliked: This hotel is 15 mins from a huge family attraction Legoland WindsorSo I chose this hotel for the fact it had a pool To find this hotel was an adult only pool was shocking You are for your on existence losing trade and it shows On arrival I spent 20 mins walking freely round the hotel looking for the receptionist who when we did find her was ok The part that really annoyed me was the pool We paid nearly £150 to stay in a hotel that didn’t let us use the facilities Now this is not a 4 star luxury spa hotel It’s falling to pieces It’s clearly trying to invite a Priviate clientele to use its facilities well to do that you should really spend money and time on the premises
