Impossible to sleep

Liked: The location is the main plus of this hotel, it’s one block from the Main St, right next to the Pacific War Museum.
Disliked: - The room was smelly and had this humidity in the air.- The pillows were huge, impossible to sleep with them.- The bed sheets weren’t changed from the previous guest- The AC is super noisy and blows straight into the bedBecause of all this, I couldn’t sleep a second during the night.

We had an awesome time.

Liked: It’s kept clean. It has plenty of space to sit outside with family.
Disliked: It’s pricey

Liked: The location and the pool were great.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk was not friendly and unhelpful. She made my family feel unwelcome at the pool on the morning of check out because we checked out 10 minutes earlier than we had to. My kids were in the pool enjoying their time. While my husband checked us out. The women at the front desk chastised my husband when he mentioned they were getting out of the pool in a few minutes. She told him they shouldn't be in the pool because he had just checked us out.

Liked: Location is great, pool facilities and grounds were clean and well maintained, breakfast was good, staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My wife found lipstick and make-up residue on the sheets on one of the beds. Sheets were changed by housekeeping after reporting it to reception.
