Liked: very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, very good breakfast at the Rabble restaurant
Disliked: in my Souterrain room there was no option for letting some fresh air in

Won't be staying again unfortunately.

Liked: The hotel was modern and very clean, from the entrance hall to the room I was in.staff were pleasant enough. Very central location.
Disliked: I was given a room which was in the basement, right next to the laundry room and staff room was right next door. Throughout my stay I was aware of staff milling around outside my room and was wakened very early due to staff coming and going from the staff room. Also, there was a window, however this looked out to a wall about 3 ft away which meant there was no natural daylight getting in! The bed wasn't comfortable at all and pillows were cheap and not comfy. Also no plug sockets next to the bed!
