Great two nights

Liked: Extra cot was very helpful
Disliked: The loud music, along with people screaming and drinking late at night, was very disruptive opposite the hotel.

Liked: This is our second time staying at the hotel. Location is superb, right in the New Town so we could walk everywhere. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size for the 3 of us. Definitely would stay here again the next time we are in Edinburgh.

Loved the place.

Liked: Beautiful hotel in old town house with history. Room was huge with big bed, utility room, basically all the facilities you would want. There was even an jacuzzi in the bathroom. Very luxurious and comfortable. Walking distance of Princes Street.
Disliked: Cant think of anything.

Fantastic location for a short...

Liked: The location can't be beat! So close to all the main attractions. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and accomadating.
Disliked: The bed mattress was too hard and the bed was a full and not a queen. There were close to 10 steps from the street to the lobby making it difficult to haul luggage into the hotel to get to the elevator. The temperature in the rooms was several degrees warmer than the corridors making sleeping challenging but understandable as the summer heat cannot be avoided. The hotel did provide a fan that made a huge improvement

Liked: The property was in great location. Water station provided for refilling.
Disliked: We had constant noise outside the room until past 00:00, room was extremely dark, no towel drying rail, no decent shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner provided. The toilet is so close to the wall ,while using it always catching toilet roll. The view outside the window not pleasant. For the amount of money we paid it’s definitely not meeting 4 star hotel description . Very disappointing.
