Brilliant location, nice rooms, horribly...

Liked: The location was amazing, so close to the bus port and the train station. Easy walk into town. The room was nice and the bathroom was lovely. The Air con worked very well. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The noise. The rooms are not soundproof at all. I could constantly hear voices coming through the walls, and furniture being moved upstairs. I was frequently woken up by noise from the hallways or other rooms. In summer a small fridge in the rooms is a must and the absence of one here for the price was disappointing. Booking.com showed early checkin included in our booking but on arrival we were forced to pay extra. Either the website is lying or the hotel is.

Liked: Very clean, beds comfortable, air conditioning, free wifi, close to train station, good breakfast.
Disliked: Small room.

Perfect hotel for families who...

Liked: The hotel is close to both the train and bus stations, with a tram line right in front. It's a perfect location for those traveling by public transportation. I was glad to be able to check in early, which allowed me to fully enjoy my time in Zurich. The hotel also has air conditioning, making it ideal for a summer holiday.
Disliked: Breakfast should be more diverse.

Liked: There was aircon in the room! Location was great if you take the trains or trams around. There’s free coffee and tea at the lobby of your floor and also some sweets
