Fantastic

Liked: Fraser Suites was a great place to stay. Super comfortable rooms. The bed and the pillows were really good. The location is just off the Royal Mile, so we thought it may be a bit noisy, but we didn't hear a thing and slept really well, every night. The complimentary laundry was very useful. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to others.
Disliked: Expected a cook top in our kitchenette, but there was just a toaster and microwave. We were hoping to cook a little more than we did, but we managed.

Disliked: Room skirting boards chipped.Bathroom grouting poorly finished.

Good location, friendly staff, disappointing...

Liked: Staff were friendly, the location was very good and the hotel was beautiful. The gym was relatively well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi was fast and accessible all through the hotel.
Disliked: A request was made to service the room which didn't get done until 1800 in spite of asking several times as it was required prior to the arrival of an elderly guest. The room itself needed some repairs, particularly in the kitchenette and some deep cleaning of the carpets would have been beneficial.
