Good location

Liked: Walking distance to sights. Matthew was easy to work with - we were able to drop off our bags early which helped us immensely.
Disliked: Limited parking but they tell you that. We were able to find free parking about 1/4-1/2 mile away.

Wonderful small hotel that is...

Liked: Wonderful, small boutique hotel. Lovely owners, very clean and specious room. Close to the bus and tram stops that can take you to the center of town. Possibility of breakfast- we opted out, but heard it was delicious. Would definitely recommend it and if we ever come back we will try to stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing

Great central location and fantastic...

Liked: Great little house in a quiet street but close to city centre and Leith. Very clean and friendly on arrival but left us to our own devices the rest of the time which was great. The room had everything we needed and was very comfy and exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot in the middle...

Liked: My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel is really well connected to the city center, just a few minutes away from the tram stop and a nice walk away from Princess Street. I will recommend it to anyone that wants to have a nice stay in the city.
