Great rooms but with paper...

Liked: -Perfect location-Very big rooms-Amazing beds-Big kitchen-Friendly staff
Disliked: -Paper thin walls, neighbors were screaming like crazy from 11pm to 3am. Another night we heard the neighbors have wild sex. Very unpleasant especially if you are staying with a toddler (who can also potentially wake up neighbors early)-We found a centipede in our room one morning. Although it didnt bother me to kill it with the bug spray provided by the staff (as we have a lot of centipedes back home so I am used to it), I at least expected a word of apology from the staff or director.-We couldnt figure out where to hang bath towels to dry

Disliked: Our room had an odd/unpleasant odor once the cleaning chemical scent wore off. For a hotel that provides a kitchenette, I really think they should provide at least one roll of paper towels. We had to go out and buy a roll. Also, they didn’t have blackout curtains, so the sunlight woke us up each morning. This was very disappointing since we were trying to maintain west coast time with our toddler.

Liked: Very practical room with great kitchen area. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The gym area was small and extremely dark no lighting.

Great Brooklyn Location with lots...

Liked: Great location. Huge space, bigger than necessary. Big clean bathroom with great shower.
Disliked: It was below street level so there was a musty smell at first. Also being lower could hear up above a lot - they came in at 3 am or it was under a staff change - not sure.
